Jorge Silva-Puras

Interim Dean

Jorge Silva-Puras is Interim Dean of the CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS). Prior to his appointment as Interim Dean, Jorge Silva-Puras served as Provost at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was also President Obama's appointee as SBA Administrator for Region II in New York City. Jorge holds a BA from Yale University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
