Emily J. Kramer
Program Analyst, Evaluation and Reporting
Emily Kramer leads the Academy’s extensive data management and reporting work and plays a key role creating and executing the Academy’s overall evaluation and quality improvement strategy. She specializes in program evaluation and database administration with the goal of operationalizing theories and policies. For more than a decade, Emily worked at the New York State Technical and Education Assistance Center for Homeless Students (NYS-TEACHS) at Advocates for Children of New York, where she managed internal operations as well as instructional design, communications, and events. She holds a BA in psychology and women’s studies from Barnard College and is currently pursuing an MS in quantitative methods for the social sciences at the CUNY Graduate Center.
