“The training was excellent. I loved all the practical information and exercises. I loved the video and songs. Even though parts of today's training brought out strong emotions in me and even some tears, I feel that it is important to address these difficult feelings in supportive spaces like this one. Today's session felt so informative, interesting, practical, and also personal. Thank you so much for all the important work that you put into this training.”
