Benjamin Beers

Program Analyst

Ben has more than a decade of experience in data analysis, database management, and data visualization. As the Academy’s Program Analyst, Ben oversees data analysis, reporting, and database management. Prior to joining the Academy, Ben oversaw data analysis and research at Echoing Green, a nonprofit fellowship program, where he led a research project on bias and inequity in philanthropic grantmaking. He holds a BA in Political Science and Political Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
