Veronica Dingwall, MA

Veronica Dingwall is a social impact entrepreneur who provides human service supports that foster equitable learning opportunities, and strengthen community education. Her portfolio includes over 15 years in youth development and four years in correctional services. As a Program Evaluator for the We Engage in Prevention Awareness (WEPA) program, she supports and assesses substance misuse prevention curriculum that center protective factors.  In a former role as the Program Coordinator for the John Jay College Institute for Justice and Opportunity, Veronica managed a College Pathways program on Rikers Island that supported learners aspiring to pursue higher education. Veronica holds a BA in Public Relations from Howard University and a MA in Human Rights from John Jay College. Veronica has partnered with multiple faith based and grassroots organizations to be a mouthpiece for social justice and academic access. She is a staunch believer in the restorative power of contemplative practices and communal resilience.
