- Build knowledge of positive coping strategies
- Learn specific practices and strategies to feel less overwhelmed and more focused
WHAT TO EXPECT
This session includes a presentation of relevant information and research and a discussion on how to create a good routine to support positive mental health. We invite your ideas about helpful and unhelpful coping strategies.
